REGISTRATION AND CONTRIBUTION FEES
As part of the discipline and awareness of the path, all participants must register their participation and pay the fee in advance.
The dancers of the first year write your petition letter, to the email: moondanceaustria@gmail.com and only after acceptance / invitation to the dance you can register and make your donation.
It is important to pre-confirm participation to consider your sacred pipe.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Danzantes First Year: Send us an email to moondanceaustria@gmail.com with your Petition Letter, writing what calls your heart to dance and something about yourself. AFTER receiving confirmation from the council, you will be able to complete the registration form and make your donation.
All other dancers: Send an email with the subjet of your year (ex: "SECOND year of dance, THIRD year of dance, etc...) and your intention to dance, then we will send your registration letter and how to make your donation, so that when you do so you will send us only your voucher. After sending this you will receive a confirmation email from us.
TRANSFER / PAYMENT
Please be sure that you have logged in with the same name that you are using to make the transfer. Otherwise please mention your registered name together with your dance year in the notification of the transfer. Thank you!

Dancers FIRST YEAR
Letter of Petition
The new dancers must first communicate with the Moondance Council (Consejo de la Danza de la Luna Atlachinolli Meztli) and send them their written request in order to join the circle.
In the past (and still today) and traditionally, with reference and respect, the ceremony leaders were personally told about the dancer´s intentions and wishes. With tobacco (and sometimes with a gift), they were personally asked for permission take part in such prayers and rituals. Due to the great physical distance and other factors, this is not possible. However, we want to preserve this tradition, as it also strengthens commitment and determination. That's why we decided to use this form of application. In this way, personal contact, intention and commitment are appreciated.
This should be a simple letter expressing the desires, intentions and motivations for participating in the Moondance.
It is requested that the application be written briefly and in English and sent via email moondanceaustria@gmail.com subject: MOON DANCE PETITION LETTER. If it is very difficult to write the letter in English, it will also be accepted in your Mother tongue/Native Language. You can also use the following form for this.

Once you have received the Council's response / acceptance for the Moondance, you can register here. Please not before. If you make your deposit without approval from the council, we cannot refund your payment. Thank you for your understanding.
Dancers FOURTH YEAR
This will be your fourth year and you will be completing your first cycle. You will receive the prayer stick and your tradition name. This is calculated using your Tonalamatl. Tonalamatl is a study of your essence based on the traditional calendar of the ancient peoples of Mexico, from which we base our dance. For this we need your date, time and place of birth. Please enter this information in the registration form.
Dancers 2º/ 3º/ 5º/ 6º/ 7º YEAR
Dear sister, please remember that you made your commitment for four years. It is important that this promise is kept.
If you cannot keep your promise - for whatever reason - please write a letter to the Moondance Council moondanceaustria@gmail.com explaining your absence. Also, it is important for us to know if you continue to pray and work with the Sacred Pipe and and if not please inform us to guide you to return it to the council. More info here
